Options Living is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. All information gathered securely through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. Options Living guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organisation or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.
SECURITY
Options Living uses the latest version of SSL to keep our customers information safe. A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the internet. Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. This is the best way to protect your information, as sending your existing password via email is not safe. Options Living may provide you with links and references to other sites, but is not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.

All content on this site, including, but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as html and javascript are the copywrited material of Options Living and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of Options Living. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, Options Living reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Options Living shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Options Living shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
Returns and refunds
All products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If by chance you have found your item to be defective it may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement provided we receive notification within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be returned to Options Living in the same condition as they were when you received them. Return shipping by economy post must be organised by yourself and you may have the option of replacement or full refund. The refund will include the original purchase price and all shipping costs. The refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods and deem them to be defective. Refunds will not be given if you have damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods. Please include all relevant postal details and a copy of your invoice.
We do not refund or return if the product does not fit you or you change your mind. All sales are deemed final unless faulty.

These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials or the item has been grossly misdescribed. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. All work listed on the website is subject to New Zealand and international copyright and intellectual property rights laws. How to Purchase
You can either shop online using your credit card or pay via internet banking.
Online Orders
Options Living uses a fully secured e-commerce transit process with the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. 128bit SSL encryption is standard in transmitting all online orders. Options Living uses 'cookies' (small files stored on your PC) to retain your order as you travel from page to page. This file does not contain any information about you - it simply contains the contents of your shopping cart. If you find that your shopping cart is not compiling items then check this 'cookie' browser setting is switched on to accept them. The cookies are cleared when you checkout and will expire after 24 hours if you have not checked out before then.
How to Buy Online
To buy a piece with your credit card you may use either MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club. All prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
1. Click on the photo of the product you wish to purchase.
2. Click "ADD TO CART". You will then proceed to the shopping cart.
3. On this page you will see your order as it stands. You may then either click "Continue" to proceed to Check Out. To continue shopping simply click "Go Back" to return to the previous page. If at any stage you wish to delete items from your cart, click on "Change Order" then select the individual items you wish to remove and press the delete key.
4. Once you have checked out, fill in the appropriate fields to process a secure transaction to Options Living. Once these fields have been completed your order will be sent directly to Options Living and we will contact you by email to confirm your order and shipping address. Shipping Information where applicable will be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation. You have completed the transaction.
Shipping / Postage Information
We can deliver to virtually anywhere in the world. Depending on the availability of the product you have ordered, we will ship most pieces within 72 hours of payment. If there are any delays you will be informed via email or telephone. We will endeavour to do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Shipping is immediately calculated based on the weight of the product.
Delivery anywhere within New Zealand
Purchases are delivered based on weight and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International Delivery
All international orders are sent through New Zealand Post. International Air - Prompt delivery within 4 - 10 days includes $NZ 250 insurance and option for track & trace. Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders are subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your own country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Goods marked as gifts usually incur no extra costs. While we endeavour to package your product as safely as possible, Options Living cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once it has left New Zealand.
The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rates fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
