Options Living not only provides free shipping, we allow returns and exchanges should the product be grossly different to the description and/or damaged. Should you wish to return the product, you will need to personally arrange return postage however, we will reimburse you if you opt for a full refund or replacement of the product. Damage to the product during return is not the responsibility of Options Living and the product will be assessed before refund or exchange is permitted. We endeavour to post all items within 72 hours once the payment is received.
